In this focus article, we give a rough outline of our objective CRM & Customer Interaction survey of the software vendor HubSpot and its product portfolio (such as HubSpot Sales Outlook and HubSpot Mobile App). HubSpot CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our independent study than Zendesk but slightly worse than Salesforce. What are the licensing costs of HubSpot Sales Outlook and HubSpot Mobile App?

It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of HubSpot Sales Outlook and HubSpot Mobile App costs because it depends on the country, the number of users (and/or the number of cores if you want to run it on a server), the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. If you do this a few weeks before the end of HubSpot’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. In addition, it makes sense to run the software in the cloud. Often you only pay for what you consume in resources. The purchase cost of HubSpot Sales Outlook and HubSpot Mobile App may not be the largest amounts, but maintenance and support can certainly put quite a strain on your annual budget.
