Enrich your knowledge on Pipedrive Marketplace

In this comprehensive article, we present an abstract of our recently updated, independent CRM & Customer Interaction study of the software vendor Pipedrive and its portfolio of products (such as Pipedrive Marketplace). Pipedrive CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our survey than Oracle but slightly worse than SAP. Of all the main criteria in our research, Pipedrive has the best performance in campaign management and scored the lowest on data quality. We have been able to establish this objectively. We reviewed Pipedrive’s latest updates of its complete CRM & Customer Interaction proposition. As far as we can tell, Pipedrive does not use an identifiable version numbering system.

What are the licensing costs of Pipedrive Marketplace?

It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of Pipedrive Marketplace costs because it depends on the country, the number of users (and/or the number of cores if you want to run it on a server), the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. If you do this a few weeks before the end of Pipedrive’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. In addition, nowadays it is recommended to run the software in the cloud. You then only pay for what you use. The purchase cost of Pipedrive Marketplace may not be the largest cost item, but maintenance and support can certainly put quite a strain on your annual budget.
